ABOUT

Hello! I'm Taylor, an incoming student at Harvard University taking a gap year. I'm currently serving as the 2019-20 National Student Poet of the West, the nation's highest honor for youth poets. Additionally, I'm a U.S. Presidential Scholar (one of top 161 graduating seniors in the nation), Ashoka Young Changemaker, and Coca-Cola Scholar.

My writing has been published in the New York Times, MIT Technology Review, Pulitzer Center, and MSN. I've spoken at the Smithsonian Museum of the American Indian, Texas Book Festival, and National Student Council Conference. I've also attended summer camps at the Stanford AI Lab, Telluride Association Sophomore Seminar (TASS), and Apple headquarters.

Please feel free to contact me about writing, poetry, women in technology, activism, or anything else!
